Thank you for staying with us! We strive to provide the best care for your pet and the best customer service for you. So that we may serve you better, here are just a few of our procedures and policies.
Our business hours are Monday – Thursday, 8am-5pm , Friday & Saturday, 7:30 am – 5:30 pm and Sunday, Noon-5:30pm. Pickups and drop-offs are allowed anytime during these hours. There are no pickups or drop-offs allowed before or after our business hours. This includes Daycare drop-offs and pickups.
Checkout is 3pm on your date of departure. If you check out by 3pm, there will be no charge for that day. The first day of your stay is a full day charge regardless of drop off time.
Daycare charges are for pickups and drop-offs on the same day, between the hours of 8am and 5pm.
(3pm checkout time does not apply to daycare visitors.)
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover, local personal checks and cash.
All guests will have playtime three times a day. We do not allow community play outside of family members. This reduces the risk of trauma and injury to your pets. There is no additional charge for playtime.
Nature walks are available for an additional fee of $10 per walk, per pet. Pets are walked separately unless they are with another family member who is also being walked. We never allow your pet to run loose. They will be on a retractable leash with a secure collar or harness. Please schedule walks at check in or call to add to your boarding stay. We will not walk pets that are not scheduled for nature walks.
Our kennel feeds name brand dog food and treats but we will be glad to feed your pets any food and treats provided by you. We try to keep your pets on their normal feeding schedules, as close as possible, so let us know their usual routines. If you are providing food for your pets, please bring the food in individual servings or in a container that is not bigger than a 5 gallon container. Please notify us of any special diets, allergies and/or medications that are required. We do not give intravenous medications, only oral or topical. There is no extra charge for this service.
Grooming is available for your pet during their stay. If you would like your pet groomed before departure, please schedule when checking in or call to schedule as early as possible so we may allow time to fit them into the grooming schedule. Our grooming service is available by appointment only and is an additional cost. Prices will vary. We may not always be able to accommodate but we will do our best.
You may bring any toys, blankets or bedding. We provide “PetCots” in each kennel but anything from home is welcome. Please keep in mind that these items may become soiled or possibly destroyed during your pets stay. Pets may do damage to items while kenneled that they normally wouldn’t do at home.
